Clean Tech International Investor Programs - Wintex Mortgage, LLC has connections with an international group of investors for all types of clean tech projects. This group consists of investors all over the world who are actively investing in clean tech projects. Most of these investors are venture capitalists who are interested in joint ventures, although we also have a number of debt based investors.

Wintex Mortgage, LLC will present your request to some 4000 investors world wide who are members of this group. We act as intermediaries to negotiate joint ventures or loans with these investors. To explore this network the following is required:
1. An executive summary of the project. Please be aware this summary will be presented to international investors. It is important to give a concise overview of the project, but realize that any proprietary or confidential information should not be included in the summary. The summary should be no more than three pages. It should catch the attention of a potential investor in the first paragraph. Investors in the network will be sent an email notification that a project is available, but with many requests flowing through the system most investors will quickly scan the first paragraph of the business plan and move on to other projects if it does not catch their attention.
2. Upon response from a potential venture partner or investor Wintex Mortgage, LLC will provide NDAs and other documentation to protect the confidential information in the complete business plan, and at that time will present the complete business plan to the investor.
We require a complete business plan to be available to interested parties. Projects should have at least 10% project available in cash or hard assets, or have already invested this amount in feasibility studies, etc. Projects with zero equity are not accepted.
